HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
STOVETOP
1. Lightly massage pouch for 5-10 seconds to separate chicken.
2. Open pouch and pour contents into a saucepan.
3. Heat on MEDIUM for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve on tacos, or with rice and beans.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS)
1. Heat Chicken in the pouch on HIGH for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and massage the pouch for 30 seconds to separate chicken. Caution, contents may be hot.
2. Remove chicken from the pouch and pour into a microwaveable bowl.
3. Cover and heat on HIGH for 4 minutes.
4. Serve on tacos, or with rice and beans.
